icicles

today there is so much going on in my family.
fights, ignorance, tears...
well, my tears.

i really don't get it.
when parents say that they are doing [whatever painful for d kids] to teach their kids...
do they really mean it, or is it just an excuse all parents make?
whenever they do something bad like leashin out anger on the kids, they use education as a reason
is that true?
or is it like they say - kids need to be parents to understand their own.

i couldnt believe it when my brother got mad at my father
it sure is rare to see him flare.
it kinda breaks my heart

but u know, now i feel it more-
the hardness of a shield inside me getting harder
as i get more n more ignored
is this what they want us to learn?
i am pretty sure
all of their crap r just excuses
