It was beautiful how gentle the light was
swaying, swaying,
falling on the grey surface perfectly
like it had known.
the song stopped
but my tears did not
How wonderful life seemed to be
I'll be missing you
Across our distance apart
I'll be praying for you
back at home where I wait
Goodbye was hard
All I could do was hide my shameful face
It ain't so easy watching you leave
But till we meet again
