Betrayal is commonplace. Every person we meet - they crush us, into bits and pieces we need to pick back up on our own. Why do we accept people who end up hurting us? In the end of everything, all we have left is ourselves. It's a lonely world. A person hurts another. Without a care. They don't care. At the end of the day who's gonna catch us when we fall? When we've lost every trust and hope, when the spirit is down. Nobody gives a chance, nobody holds out a hand. People talk. Judgements. Their mouth spilling evil, an evil that hurts others. We're not accepted for simply being who we are anymore. Then we understand, at that moment. That there truly is only one person you can believe in for all your life - yourself. We pick ourselves up when the world moves on. We tell ourselves everything will be okay. The only person who will encourage us and push us to live on. Walk the lonely road that only we know. To put all our trust on another - is meaningless. Because they too, only care about their own.
