source: WikipediaToday is just a horrible day for me, thus I posted that up. Boys, it is not some sort of an excuse for girls to be emotionally uncontrollable in some days of the month, you think it's a picnic for us to have PMS?
Oh and another source claims that PMS also reduces the appetite. I can see this is true. Not only for me, but also for my dog, Gucci, who is having her second period. She won't even finish her food. -_-
