Once upon a time there was a girl. She lives in a dirty tower that overlooks the town below her. Her dream was to live in a tower that was tall enough to overlook the whole world. Not long ago, she had other people residing in the tower. However, the taller the tower grew, the less stable it became. The girl had to throw out the people one by one in order to keep the tower standing. First she threw her guards, then the chef, the maids, her cousins, her pets, and finally she threw out her family.
The tower grew and grew, and it could overlook 3/4 of the entire world. The girl could see places she'd never seen before. But soon, the tower refused to grow. It demanded that the girl throw out even more things, as the weight was too much. So she threw out her bed, her table, her chairs, and all her clothes. The tower grew again, but stopped when there was only one fraction of the world left that the girl couldn't see. The girl was angry, she shaved off all her hair, up to her eyelashes. But it wasn't enough. She was cold, sick, and unsatisfied. She had lost everything, she was completely bare and alone.
During the night as the girl slept, the tower pushed her off one of the ledges. She screeched as she fell freely downwards. Then she opened her eyes and realised that she could see the world more closely now. She could hear people's voices and the air was getting warmer. But she kept falling. She fell through the tree canopies, she fell through the roof of her house, and she fell onto her front door. She was still alive then, but badly injured. She called for help. But unfortunately, everyone who cared about her had already been thrown away. Now no matter where she is, whether high on the sky or back on the ground, she is forever alone.
