Sorry for having yet another post with my face in it, but I realised one thing today: the tips of my hair are brown! This time I have below an unedited photo so you can see the colours as it is:

I guess there wasn't enough dye to cover all my hair. Hahhaha. Oh well.
I went to DFO today! It's a huge factory outlet in Melbourne. And I had fun shopping. I didn't spend too much money either! Yay! After shopping (for around 5 hours I think), we went to Melbourne Central and then Juen left to meet her friends. Lydia, Saho and I ate Lord of the Fries which is easily, agreeably, the best fries I - we - have ever had (with African sauce and extra onions). You'd think I'd be full after that but I went home and ate the fried rice I cooked yesterday with Listy. And then now... I'm still hungry... :(
My appetite has been skyrocketing recently, I am constantly hungry and craving for food! ToT Help!!!

Today is Friday!
Listy invited me to her lecturer's little fashion show at Melbourne Central at 6pm so before that, I did a little bit of my project...

I know it's unbelievably messy. Which means one thing: I suck at collages. Or at least I do now. Hopefully I improve. I have to make 8 collages and I've only done 1........................ need to stay at home and be hardworking..........................
But not today! Today's Friday! And as Listy and I were preparing to leave, Chiko looked so extremely sad. He's been whimpering all day probably since the homestay family (most of them) are away to Japan. So he sought comfort in me =3

I wore my $5 top I mentioned in my prev blog and black skinny jeans. I wanted to wear the killer heels as shown in my mobile blog but they would be impossible to walk in and it just wouldn't be a good idea... Good thing I didn't wear them... will talk about this later. Yeah so I ended up wearing my 12cm wedges which hurt a little.
When we reached Melbourne Central, it turns out there was no runway show or anything it was just small showcases of designed clothes. We didn't even take a second look at them. In the end we went shopping...! Listy spent a lot! Lol. And we went checking out sunglasses. I really wanted one since I somehow lost mine or I didn't bring it from Jakarta.
After going back and forth between stores, I decided to get these...

Yes it's pink.
But I like it.
And it costed $14.90 which I definitely would not buy ALAS, it was at "Buy 2 for $10"..... I was like holy crap dude that means one only costs $5!!! Gasp!!!
Listy didn't want any sunnies since she already had 3... I only liked that one out of the other options... I was at a dilemma... And randomly asking a stranger walking past if he/she wanted to buy sunnies for 5 bucks isn't quite the reasonable option. In the end, smart as I was, I decided HEY! Chu!! And I saw one of those grilled sunnies and I actually like this black one. It's not plastic-y like the ones many wear but it looked cooler IMO. And I could just imagine Chu wearing them with her yellow shirt and vest and jeans.
So I called her.
And I mobile blogged the photo of the sunnies for her.
She agrees!
Both of us are happy with our $5 glasses!!!

Thank you Chu, you are my beautiful angel.
AND HERE IS MY 5 DOLLAR LOOK!!!

Cheap stuffs are awesome.
I swear the whole shopping trip I was like thinking about how much I love Melbourne... Melbourne has everything and Jakarta pales in comparison. Jakarta dies in comparison. Jakarta decomposes --- you get the point.
For example, in the past of my Jap-crazed days, I searched all the nooks and crannies of Jakarta and could not find the Jap-uniform bow ANYWHERE. In the end I found it in Malaysia. And that I found in a tie shop in only basic plain colours. Guess what I saw in Melbourne Central.
A whole shitpile of it. In all colours and patterns and oh the beauty of it all.
Anyway.
Melbourne is awesome. The only problem is my financial control. I've been thrifty, yes. But everytime I enter a store I am challenged by temptation. =(
By the way on the train home today Listy and I were in one carriage alone with 2 other guys and when we got off the train so did they. And the whole road home they were behind us. We ended up running (or at least we tried) in our heels and my thumb was so sore I'm never coming home late again. What will happen when winter comes and the sun sets early??? Oh noo =((
Is all from me for now
